Protecting Religious Liberties of Healthcare Providers and Insurers Through Conscience Rights in Health Care.

Unfortunately, this bill only serves as a step in the right direction as it contains a negative provision which infringes the contracting rights of private companies by forcing them to retain employees who refuse to perform their job because of their belief.
